Grillo Oriental Rugs was founded by George Grillo in 1966, after having worked for and learned from masters of the Boston Oriental rug trade. Mr. Grillo has devoted his entire adult life to studying, dealing in, and caring for handmade Oriental rugs. He is a member of the Appraisers Association of America. Grillo Oriental Rug Gallery and Care is a unique hybrid of Oriental rug knowledge and expertise, and hands-on cleaning experience located in Braintree, MA. All cleaning and restoration work is done in Grillo's own 10,000 sq. ft. facility. Our specialized equipment including our engineered dry room enables us to meet the cleaning and restoration needs of any type of Oriental rug, in any condition. Our own highly trained and experienced staff has worked on literally thousands of rugs. All of this means that our knowledge, experience and equipment enable us to provide the absolute best care possible for your valued possession.
