A graduate of Arizona State University, he is a “hands-on” owner who works directly with the property managers and HOA Board members. Joe Noriega, our staff Arborist, is certified by the International Society of Arboriculture and oversees Mr. Tree, a division of Private Greens of Nevada, Inc.
