Here at Wintwire our in house manufacturing capabilities for round wire are 0.30 mm to 12.00 mm in a variety of packaging’s .We manufacture a range of materials including mild steel/ carbon steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals- brass and copper to name a few. A vast range of profiles from simple commercial shapes to complex customer specific requirements, are manufactured on rolling and drawing machinery designed specifically for the purpose, and supplied in coils on spools or cut lengths. Profiles are produced from carbon alloy and stainless steels, copper alloys and most other malleable metals. Varying in size and shape profiles can reduce the costs of machining operations, saving on time and waste material. Wintwire has all the in-house capabilities to take a profile from design through to manufacture.
