Juliet set up the company in 2012 and has a particular interest in underused and neglected buildings and spaces. Juliet has an in depth knowledge of planning law, policy and development management, with a particularly strong knowledge of and connections within London. She has significant experience of a wide range of projects including residential schemes, leisure and commercial schemes. From site identification through to delivery of planning consent, Juliet works collaboratively with the client and the wider design team, providing recommendations based on sound research to ensure schemes are successfully delivered for the short and long term in a changing landscape.
