St Dunstan’s Therapy Centre provides access to a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, dedicated to improving wellbeing through a choice of psychologically based therapies. Our practitioners include BACP/UKCP accredited and registered counsellors, psychoanalytic psychotherapists, BPS registered Chartered Counselling Psychologists and Art and Play Therapists. These have a wide range of experience dealing with a variety of issues, including : Depression and Anxiety Addictions Anger Phobias Stress and difficulties at work The effects of childhood issues especially loss and abuse. We are dedicated to providing specialist therapeutic help in a safe, confidential, ethical environment, where clients can work through issues which are preventing them from leading a life more full of potential and enjoyment. The centre offers a range of psychological therapies, groups and workshops.
