Historically, we have considerable experience of sourcing buy to let properties for clients which has given us an in depth knowledge of yields, rental returns and a good understanding of what makes a good property investment though this is not something we currently assist with. We have within the business, extensive experience of being a portfolio landlord so we know about the particular challenges that landlords face with properties, bad tenants, rent issues, external challenges such as the tax changes imposed by Government.
