For four generations, the Prushnok Family has been successful in surface mining, leasing oil and gas, and acquiring both land and mineral interests throughout the Western Pennsylvania Region.  Tribro Ventures, Ltd. was established as a sister company to offer modern land services through the support of new technology.    Tribro's specializations range from data collection through utilization of drones and applying this data in our integrated GIS system to purchasing, selling, and leasing land and mineral assets. Tribro is also capable of scanning, printing, and plotting large scale maps up to 42" wide, as well as, offer title abstracts and drone photography/videography. The goal for Tribro Ventures, Ltd. is to be a one stop shop for individuals and businesses to make one call for all their land needs.
