Lycopodium acquired a majority shareholding in ADP Holdings in September 2014 and subsequently its subsidiary ADP Projects became Lycopodium ADP. The combined skills of the parent companies are applied to target primarily the gold and base metal sectors in Africa, with the opportunity for Lycopodium's clients elsewhere to also benefit from the complementary South African skills pool.
