Oanh Heiser, the founder of Co(U)re , has a dedicated passion to helping individuals identify their own unique strengths and effectively channel them into personal fulfillment and professional growth. Oanh’s passion for her work and expertise in strengths development stem from her own personal journey to find what was lying at her Co(U)re. Co(U)re is spelled intentionally with the parentheses around the (U) because it’s about going to the core to discover (U). We believe self-awareness is so important, because without it, we don’t have that paradigm shift to impact our own lives, the organizations we serve, or the communities that we live in.
