The Arbor Greene Community Development District (CDD) is an independent special-purpose local government in Hillsborough County, Florida. The Arbor Greene CDD offers a cost-effective means of providing management of major infrastructure systems and services to the district region. The Arbor Greene community development district is directed by an elected Board of Five Supervisors which duties include general oversight and management of the 20 Million Dollar District, Programs, Budget, Contracts, Personnel, Infrastructure, Common Areas, Facilities including the Recreation & Sports complex (Swimming Pools, Fitness Center, Tennis Facilities), 10 District Parks and more than 15 lakes.
