JA is dedicated to inspiring and preparing young people to succeed in their futures. In partnership with business and educators, JA programs and mentors bring the real world to students, opening their minds to their potential and preparing them for the world of work. Starting in elementary and going through high school, JA teaches a variety of in-school and after-school programs focusing on three content areas that help students own their own economic success: work readiness, financial literacy and entrepreneurial thinking.
