www.bmeypp.org.ukWe are a youth charity that work with Black and Asian Minority Ethnic (BAME) young people aged 10 to 25 in Brighton and Hove. We provide access to information, advice and support through informal and social education methods working holistically with individuals and groups of young people in safe spaces which promote their cultural and racial identities. We empower young people to make informed decisions about issues that affect their lives. Young people are encouraged to take part and make decisions at all levels of the organisation, deciding activities, projects, volunteering with the organisation and being a member of our Management Committee which is made of young people. Our programme is varied and activities include Weekly drop in sessions Homework clubs and support Arts Sports Regular trips Mentoring and befriending Young Women's groups Events
