The completed and live projects span across the health, leisure and education sectors including hospitals, health centres, private schools, academies, primary schools, nurseries, universities, industrial units and leisure centres. Kitto prides itself in delivering projects on time and on budget to high standards of quality. Through their development company, Kitto are able to source land and/or funding to unlock projects through their expertise and contacts in the industry. Kitto often work on a speculative basis until the business case can be justified and the project can proceed giving the Client cost certainty prior to expending funds. In the last ten years Kitto have delivered over 100 refurbishment projects within live hospitals, ten major school projects and five medical centre developments on new build sites for existing surgeries. The Kitto Group also operates its own joinery company, which further supports the Group philosophy in providing high quality construction projects. As well as providing high quality joinery for Kitto Construction, Kitto Joinery also undertake projects for other contractors, clients and private individuals.
