The Innovation Studio is Maricopa County's Service Design and Process Improvement team. Under the direction of the County Manager and the Board of Supervisors, we work with departments to help improve their work processes through coaching, facilitating, and training. Ultimately, we believe in the power of people to drive positive change in the communities they serve.
