Stack Education is building a marketplace to close the STEM skills gap for today’s workforce. The Stack Way is a unique collaboration with key community employers and higher education institutions who also see the potential of stacking past, present, and future skills. For employers, our programs are designed to deliver better retention, fewer vacancies, and more skilled workers for specialized and hard-to-fill jobs in tech and healthcare. For employees, both internal and external, our programs provide training and access to jobs with upward mobility and wage progression. We serve overlooked and underserved communities with over 50% of our students identifying as BIPOC and 43% as immigrants.
