Coaching Following a very successful 40+ year career in Insurance and Consulting, I decided to build on the mentoring and coaching skills that I gained in my roles over the years. I have considerable experience in building bridges to bring together teams and empower people. I have completed the Cert TIHR (Coaching) qualification at The Tavistock Institute for Leadership Coaching and the Practitioner’s Coaching Course at the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and have been a member of the International Coaching Federation since 2015. Practical experience always trumps certification in my opinion and, to that end, I have attained more than 200+ hours of coaching experience over the years and owe a big thank you to everyone who has let me be a part of their journey. This led me to naturally set up the Women’s Business Professional Network in BAE Systems Detica and the Diversity & Inclusion Programme in NTT DATA UK. I have also benefitted from being a member of Global D&I Committees and have learnt a lot by listening to ideas and approaches in different territories.
