With over 35 years of combined service with Minnich’s Pharmacy, Scott Miller and Deron Shultz were both born and raised in York County. Scott and Deron have been working closely together ever since they met on their first day of pharmacy school at the University of Pittsburgh. Minnich’s has been employee owned since 1990 and has been the ideal proving grounds for us to hone our skills and prepare ourselves for our current roles in the company.
