WAY is a boutique design oriented architectural practice based in central London, with a sister company based in São Paulo, Brazil. This dual office structure allows to reach clients based in the UK market where the design is developed, with the architectural drawings and 3D models produced in the Brazilian branch. We developed this model of work in 2013 migrating the information production into the BIM Platform and setting up the procedures for long distance team coordination of the BIM 3D model. This has had a very positive impact on the company as it allows the UK branch to be more competitive and at the same time provided a unique opportunity to bring local Brazilian architects to work in a design oriented high quality international environment Since 2015, the design work produced by WAY has become a point of reference for the local Brazilian community and widely published in international and local magazines such as IW Magazine, Diseño Interior, Architektur + Küche, Vogue, AU (Architecture and Urban design), Arquitetura & Construção, Bamboo, and Contemporanea.
