People Purpose Passion Nubian Life is an award winning resource centre providing detailed care and support to African and Caribbean older people alongside expanding the work of the charity into the wider community. For nearly 20 years we have provided day support for people with complex health conditions such as Dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, Diabetes and physical disabilities. Nubian Life is committed to helping the most vulnerable older people in the community break through injustice, isolation and inequality, so they can achieve their full potential. Through the practice of respect, inclusion and transparency we co-design with our members a range of health, social, spiritual and educational activities which meet their personal aspirations as individuals and as a collective. We want to ensure that our older community can see the value of what we do and feel enabled to be part of it through openness and inclusion.
