Our ambition is to support, nurture and develop our directors, aligning them with the most creatively fulfilling projects and curating an effective collaboration between our talent and clients. We also represent photographers for both moving image and stills through our photographic agency PROBATION. PRODUCTION Our formidable production department is an incredibly well resourced, agile and creative hub. It’s often the most effective production solution for our independent directors but also a frequently used service production resource by a range of other talent and clients. We believe our model provides more freedom and scope for both talent and clients, allowing a more transparent approach to curating the most successful creative partnerships.
