We develop, manufacture and sale worldwide the µPhase® compact interferometer and offer several optical metrology services with the main focus on interferometry. Consulting in the field of optical metrology and selected metrology service complete our portfolio. The µPhase® compact interferometers as well as the µShape™ interferometry software package have proven reliable in production control, quality management and research all around the globe for many years. The applications for the µPhase® systems are as versatile as its available configurations and as our customers. The µShapeTM software is – besides the µPhase® systems - available for a growing number of interferometers from other manufacturers and also for self-constructed systems. With close contact to our users we are constantly developing new solutions that proof reliable in daily usage. In all our developments we pay special attention to a clear design, good usability and stability of our applications.
