The HR Connection serves small- to mid-size businesses and start-ups with their human resource needs. Some services include: Compliance audits, management and employee training, handbook review or creation, job descriptions, orientation program design, benefit plan design and oversight. We also keep all of our clients updated as new employment legislation develops. The HR Connection is available on a contract basis: project-based, hourly, or on a monthly retainer.
