Build-Zone Survey Services Ltd (BZSS) is a specialist auditing and project management company and whilst independent, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sennocke International Insurance Services. BZSS was formed to provide an in-house technical construction team to provide on-site auditing and technical advice across their portfolio of Clients. Part of this is to provide technical support to one of their trading styles called Build-Zone who are a Latent Defect Warranty provider. For Warranty Providers such as Build-Zone, we are able to provide the Self-Builder who is looking to build their own home through to Developers building multiple plot or commercial schemes, a bespoke and cost effective service in the provision of Technical Auditing. This ultimately ensures a high quality of build to enable a Warranty to be issued. Through the use of our Partnered Approved Inspectors, Assigned Certifiers, Structural Engineers and specialist Surveying network we are able to facilitate a number of services from Building Control, Technical Auditing, Structural Appraisal reviews through to other bespoke services including EPC/SAP, APT, Sound Testing, Party Wall, Health and Safety (CDM).
