Computer Networks and Security Laboratory (LARCES)
www.larces.uece.brThe Computer Networks and Security Laboratory (LARCES) is an environment in the State University of Ceará (UECE) that executes Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) projects, as well as Training and Innovative Extension actions. LARCES works in the areas of Computer Networks, Cybersecurity, Wireless Communication, Service Management, and Data Privacy, applying techniques and tools of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Statistical Modeling and Cloud Computing. In recent years, LARCES has carried out projects in partnership with several institutions and private companies, such as RNP, LACNIC, HP, Huawei, among others. Currently, LARCES is coordinated by Associate Professor Rafael Lopes Gomes, permanent member of the PPGCC of UECE and a Productivity Scholarship of Technological Development and Innovative Extension (DT - Level 2) of CNPq, and it has a team made up of undergraduate, master's and and PhD in computing, as well as collaborators from other institutions and private companies.
