LWT is a volunteer-run non-profit dedicated to enabling women in all fields to grow their knowledge, leadership skills and network for greater professional and personal impact. LWT's flagship program is WILpower, a nine month series of interactive workshops with networking opportunities and events. The WILpower program first started in 2008. In 2011, the group managing the program created the non-profit, 501(c)(3)-qualified California entity "Leading Women in Technology". While the group's focus was originally on women in fields supporting technology-related businesses, our scope has grown to welcome women in all industries.
