Tegloma is 39 years in existence, the oldest, largest, and best-organized Sierra Leone diaspora organization. In 1975, few Sierra Leoneans in the USA came together to organize themselves for self-help initiatives directed towards at times of extreme vulnerability. Little did they know that their act will outlive them and developed into a global organization? Tegloma today is represented by 23 chapters on three continents – USA and Canada, Europe and Africa.
