Club Pilates Bethesda provides a strong community of people who are looking to increase their range of motion, flexibility, core control, and balance at an amazing price! We specialize in group, reformer-based classes that allow you to capitalize on both strength and flexibility in every 50-minute session you take. With 3 different class levels, you are able to go at your own pace, do what you can do, and improve one step at a time. Through 9 different class formats, we offer your entire fitness routine from cardio to rest and recovery. We are open 7 days a week starting as early as 6:00am and ending as late as 8:30pm to give your schedule as much flexibility as you may require. We are a membership based club with a drop-in rate of $35.00 for those who wish to give a full class a try!
