Arma Dental Manufacturing Systems; • was established in 1995 as Arma Dental Teeth Depot. • was produced acrylic teeth,impression trays, denture base acrylic and silicone impression material betwwen 1995-2003. • was stopped to produce acrylic teeth due to the deformation of the moulds which have been imported from Italy. • was started R&D studies about the teeth mould to produce the moulds with CAD/CAM systems in 2004. • was created the first commercial teeth mould in 2007. • has been being one of the most important supplier for the well-known teeth manufacturing companies from 2007 till now. • has been achieved 2 different R&D projects supported by TUBITAK, about dental manufacturing systems • has been working/worked with the companies from, Italy, Austria, Brasil, Iran, Turkey, Australia, Morocco, India, Japan, Philippines and Germany. • has a staff including 3 Managers, 3 Designers, 2 Designer Asistants, 2 CAM Responsibles, 2 CNC Operators, 1 Quality&Control Responsible, 1 Mould Polisher, 1 Accountant, 1 Foreign Trade Responsible and 2 trainees. • has been existing GOSB Teknopark from the second half of the 2010. Arma Dental Manufacturing Sytems, has been maintaining its R&D works in GOSB Teknopark with 18 well-educated staff, with different types of CNC Milling Machines, different types of CAD,CAM,Reversen Engineering and Scanning tools, Arma Dental has been growing up with R&D studies focused on foreign trade.
