At the core of MHG’s mission is to contribute to the realization of EU’s 2030 and 2050 Net-Zero targets and milestones as well as the UN SDG goals. MHG contributes specifically to sustainable urban mobility and more liveable urban spaces. Our focus is to provide infrastructure and real estate solutions to a sustainable urban mobility system in European towns (with an initial focus on locations with a population exceeding 100,000). Initially in Germany and then also in other European countries. Our primary contribution is the MHG interpretation of an off-street Mobility Hub which we call a MobilityHub. This is a 10,000m2+ multi-storey building and strategic infrastructure in an urban location with multi-modal mobility options: (01) Parking incl. charging, (02) Micromobility, (03) Shared mobility, (04) Micrologistics, (05) Other mobility services, (06) Community services and Mixed Use. Each MobilityHub project is unique and reflects the specific needs of users in its catchment area. These modules, however, will be consistent. In establishing its optimal configuration, design and delivery, we complete an: (01) MHG-Concept Analysis, (02) MHG-Feasibility Analysis.
