Our goal is ultimately to work in harmony with our design team, engineering consultants, local code and zoning authorities, and general contractors, to achieve the Owner's goals in the most efficient and effective way possible. This assures that we are able to deliver an appropriate design that meets their goals and stays within budget. The process begins with the traditional napkin sketch or an idea. We develop it simultaneously with the County, the Owner, and the General Contractor's. At the beginning of the design process all parties involved are given all the pertinent information needed need to understand our intent and identify any potential challenges or inhibitors. By assertively alleviating unnecessary risk and liability we are able to streamline the process and direct our efforts toward success.
