Bromley & Greenwich IPS Employment Support is an evidence-based employment service delivered in partnership between Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and Bromley, Lewisham & Greenwich Mind. We offer a free to use professional employment service aimed at working with employers and businesses across Bromley, Greenwich and London. Our dedicated Employment Specialists uses the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model which includes supporting employers to recruit staff and to help increase productivity by promoting staff health and wellbeing. Our service have been recognised by the Centre of Mental Health as an IPS Centre of Excellence Our Employment Specialists work closely with employers to understand their requirement and provide full comprehensive service to meet the employer’s needs. We offer Mental Health First Aid and bespoke Wellbeing training to employers and businesses. Our evidence-based IPS Employment service, support people who want to find paid employment, whether that being full or part time/casual or contracted Employment. We believe that anyone who wants to work can do so if given the right support and opportunities. Work can help maintain good mental health.
