More than 690 million people in this world do not have enough to eat. We believe that in a world of plenty, no person should go hungry. Though our volunteer-led Growing Projects, US farmers, churches, and communities come together to raise money and awareness to address world hunger. Their support enables people living with hunger in the poorest regions of the world to grow their own food and earn an income. When people have the tools and training they need to take charge of their futures, positive change not only happens — it lasts. We work with a network of international partners to ensure the money we raise goes directly to programs that help people in need help themselves. These programs serve all people regardless of race, gender, belief, nationality, ethnic origin, or political persuasion.
