Our founder is Dr Klara Valko, a fellow member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, member of the Society of Cosmetic Scientists and an associate member of Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Klara has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific papers and books. During her research at GSK, she modelled skin absorption using biomimetic properties measured by chromatography. Using the models based on the analysis of thousands of compounds, she developed a novel technology trapping large polar molecules into biomimetic micelles for deep skin absorption. The technology is trademarked as "Bio-Mimetic Cosmetics". The technology uses high-energy micelles formation of the active ingredients they reduce the sign of ageing of the skin. These ingredients are vitamins, antioxidants, enzymes, stem cells, hydrolysed collagen peptides and hyaluronic acids. Without invasive treatments, these nutrients penetrate the skin cells and slow down the ageing process. Each product contains a carefully designed proportion of active components and penetration enhancers. The footcare range is developed and tested in collaboration with podiatrist Mrs Sangeeta Dhall at Walkwel clinics in Stevenage and Letchworth. The products are manufactured in small quantities in our laboratories in the United Kingdom using high-quality ingredients from all over the world, like Canada, USA, Australia and Africa. We have satisfied customers in the UK, Italy and Hungary who take the effort to look after their health and have a regular skincare routine. They can see the results which are not temporary but long-lasting younger-looking skin on the face and gorgeous nails and skin on the feet.
