The Public Opinion Research Laboratory (PORL) is a full-service survey research facility that provides tailored research to fulfill each client's individual needs. Our top priority is to produce reliable data through carefully executed research to provide our partners and policymakers with independent, non-partisan information directly from their clients and constituents. PORL conducts phone interviews, internet surveys, in-person surveys, and more. We are happy to work with clients on questionnaire design, methodological approach, and provide Spanish translations. Additionally, PORL can provide data analysis, interpretation, and written reports. Some of our clients include the Florida Department of Transportation, Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Jacksonville Tourism Development Council, Jacksonville Sheriff's Office, The City of Jacksonville, and The Florida Times-Union.
