Since 2018 and in association with winemaker Olivier Pucek, Jacques Soulat has been working on restructuring the historic vineyard of Saint-Sornin. Following an organic approach, he produces authentic winemakers' wines. "Sapiens" and "Petit Sapiens" are the first in a decade to carry the appellation Vin Charentais - Saint-Sornin. As a local wine merchant in Bordeaux for over twenty years, Jacques Soulat offers you each spring the Bordeaux “ en primeur”, or wine futures. Our older vintages are available year round.
