Berrico started as a berry specialist. This gives us our name. The cranberry and the blueberry continue to play an important role in our organisation, but we have grown to include many other varieties that do not all fit into the berry category. Our organisation is demand-driven; our customers largely determine which products we sell. In addition we love innovation and we are always looking for innovative products. Of course we stay within our specialism: we sell berries, other fruits and sometimes vegetables in dried or frozen form, as juice or powdered. Organic or conventional. Our customers are packers, bottlers, bakers, dairy producers, confectioners, producers of dietary supplements, muesli and mixed nuts. Berrico is as versatile as our product: we scour the planet for berries that might enrich our product range and thus our service provision. Central to our activities is the fact that we bring large consignments of berries from distant continents to the European market. The berries arrive in Europe in full shipping. To achieve this we maintain close contact with our suppliers in North America, Asia and South America. We also keep stock to enable our buyers to purchase the products in smaller quantities. It is and remains a fact that the cranberry is the epicentre of our activities. We do not supply any other product in as many different forms.
