New Mission Workshop
www.newmissionworkshop.comGive Your Heirs Something to Fight About.™ The style of furniture and other projects you'll find here is what I call “New Mission”, which is the familiar “Mission” or “Arts and Crafts” style of design that was so popular in the early 20th century, and giving it a fresh new look; lightening up on the heaviness and darkness of the look that traditional Mission style imparts, with a more contemporary feel. My philosophy for my pieces? Style, Construction and Agelessness. The Style must be acceptable by todays’ standards; Construction must be highly durable and strong - enough to last several generations. Agelessness refers to a piece’s ability to be beautiful not just today, but through it’s lifetime, hopefully being handed down by generations of your family. My hope is that my pieces will become cherished heirlooms; a part of your family. I can't think of a more appropriate heirloom to hand down than a family clock - with the passage of time motif ever present. Patrick Ashley of New Mission Workshop can be reached at 585-387-9760, or 74 Parkridge Drive, Pittsford, NY 14534.
