Our mission is to provide big fund returns on a micro fund level. Mega funds have their place, but we found a niche with micro funds ($1-3 million) and we work on high volume. This allows us to offer our investors the opportunity to get big fund returns without the huge outlay of capital upfront. Our fund minimums are $10,000 vs a typical fund having a $100,000 minimum. The focus of our investment thesis is Return of Capital and Protect the Principal. We look at short term 3-5 year opportunities with the goal of at least doubling the total fund. Our bread and butter is in early stage real estate development projects on the common or JV equity side as well as private equity, fund of funds and venture capital.
