Junior Golf Fit is a passion project of Mike Hansen's, a Golf Digest top 50 Golf Fitness Trainer. With over 15 years of experience working with golfers of all ages. Mike saw a need for a platform to educate parents, coaches, and junior golfers alike, and deliver his knowledge and programs to you. Fitness is a big component of the developing junior and there can be a lot of misleading information on the subject. Golf is a game that should be enjoyed your entire life, and our goal is to make sure you have all the resources available to create the foundation in your juniors body so they can play their best in High School, College, Professionally or just for fun, and remain injury free along the way.
