Miami-Dade County Council of PTAs/PTSAs (MDCC) is a constituent association of the National Parent Teacher Association (PTA), the largest volunteer child advocacy association in the nation. We are a registered 501(c)3, chartered by Florida PTA in 1923. With 230 active units and 58,000 members, MDCC is the largest County Council in the state of Florida. Our purpose is to strengthen and unify the local unit PTAs/PTSAs in Miami-Dade County.
