Gateway's President, Jonathan W. Hill, M.S., decided to start the company becuase he knew that customers deserved a better experience from their life safety and security vendors. Gateway strives to resolve each of those customer concerns by providing a straightforward approach to doing business. Customers are assigned an account manager, which serves as their single point of contact. All scheduling, requests for service, and billing will be handled by the customer's account manager.
