Deer Park focuses on structured and housing related finance and serves a diverse base of institutional, private entity and qualified investors. Central to Deer Park's investment approach and philosophy is a focus on opportunities throughout the entire credit spectrum, moving away from overvalued sectors, into undervalued sectors.
