Dr. Stainback is a Certified Forensic Psychophysiologist (polygraph examiner) fully licensed in the State of Tennessee (Lic #113) and the Commonwealths of Virginia (Lic. #16-01001089) and Kentucky. As a licensed polygraph examiner Dr. Stainback performs various types of polygraph examinations including infidelity, attorney-client privileged, and psychologist directed examinations.
