We will visit our clients’ properties, provide a weekly monitoring service, deal with utility companies, arrange maintenance and servicing, and ensure timely repairs on their behalf. Contracts can also include bookkeeping, hiring of staff and full payroll services, as well as HR management if required. The wider family office offering has grown out of the company's experience of what clients need, complementing our other services, helping to simplify clients’ lives and free up more of their time. Routine services include arranging housekeeping and cleaning services; preparing properties for occupation and arranging for delivery of flowers and groceries.
