The mission of All in The Family LLC is to be a leading agency in the provision of creative, innovative, and meaningful service to the individuals we serve. All in The Family LLC is dedicated to building long-term relationships with our providers and their placements through quality training, extensive support, and solid business practices. All In The Family, LLC is always seeking experienced Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Care Providers to work with children and adults who have special needs. Our caregivers work in the family home or out in the community assisting those individuals with Developmental Disabilities. We are looking for reliable, flexible, compassionate people who work well as a team. Providers in the Home and Community Based Services program are scheduled based on the needs of each individual. The services we provide are: * Respite (companionship and care for an individual while relieving primary caregivers) * Habilitation (teaching daily living skills based on ISP outcomes; service is designed to teach skill building and independence) * Attendant care (assisting with cooking, cleaning or personal care)
