For the first 25 years of my professional career I was “that tech-guy!” I LOVED technology and felt that anything worth doing could be done better through technology. EOS was the game-changer that helped me realize that technology was NOT a cure-all and helped me define and implement the changes necessary to my business in order to succeed beyond my dreams! Yes, our company had achieved a degree of success, in fact we actually provided measurable bottomline improvements for companies such as: AT&T Verizon Comcast Walgreens Minnesota Public Radio Yet, while my “technology” based company was delivering bottomline results for others, we just couldn’t break through the bottleneck and reach the next plateau of success for ourselves. And then….we discovered EOS. Through the EOS program we recognized that technology wasn’t the issue, we had people issues, we had system issues, we had a lack of focus - let’s just say that we had a lot of work to do before we were ever going to break through that proverbial bottleneck. 3 years after implementing the EOS program, we had a company that not only was thriving beyond our wildest dreams, it was being sought after by suiters. Long story short - do I still love technology, yes I’ll admit it, but through addressing all of our other issues we sold the company and it wouldn’t have happened if not for EOS.
