Forcera CIC is an independent not-for-profit consultancy offering consciousness/awareness based thinking expertise to all, whether you're a business or private individual, as well as creating our own unique projects built on a good understanding of the best practices for systems change for social impact. Forcera's vision is to deepen impact by exploring the complexities of the systems we operate in and how best we can affect the root causes of issues to bring about positive change by assessing and selecting the most empowering opportunities through the incubation of ideas to create innovation to improve solutions which make transformative change. We focus on the areas where there can be system change for social change so as to make the biggest difference and impact without compromise. We work with those who are open to looking towards substantive work that has an impact even if the intervention or method seems small, as the solution it offers may be larger and more long term than otherwise might have been using traditional methods for change. We do this by identifying the best outcomes based on the research and evidence available- even if that means doing this work ourselves.
