York Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Bedrock Care facility, is located on Old York Road, in the historic East Oaklane section of Philadelphia, PA. York currently has 240 beds. York is known for its top-notch dialysis unit, Korean unit, and Spanish speaking program. And, we receive patients from area hospitals, including Albert Einstein Medical Center, Temple Hospital and Jefferson Hospital. We are proud members of the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association (PHCA).
