LEP Developments is a property development company undertaking projects ranging from refurbishments, commercial and residential developments to long-term schemes through pre-planning, planning and construction. Lincoln Enterprise Park is our largest ongoing project to date. The enterprise park is home to a range of businesses, from growing start-ups to small-to-medium enterprises (SME), accommodating a variety of uses including office space, general warehouse and distribution to more highly complex CNC manufacturing facilities. The development currently consists of 6 phases totaling 72,000sqft of floor space employing circa 225 people, with plans to extend the site further in 2022. Our aim is to provide an environment for business growth, encouraging new and established companies to relocate to us.
