Started in 1996 under the name of Olympic Rental Association as a registered tax-exempt service organization, we soon found the need for a state-wide landlord organization to most effectively deal with legislative and local issues. Dealing with the same state and human rights laws, our members encounter the same landlord problems and successes, no matter what part of the state. The association and WLA Screening has had a great relationship over the years. However, with the recent passing of Timothy Seth, WLA Screening Services will now venture in a new direction and also extend its services to a wider market while adding many additional services which will benefit the housing industry.
